Former Laois Senior Hurling All-Star Pat Critchley says that Eddie Brennan will be happy with the work-rate they have shown in their matches in the National League to date.
Laois host Kilkenny in the final round of group games in the National League on Sunday and speaking to KCLR, Pat says Eddie will be most pleased with the attitude shown despite not having a full strength panel.
He said “Their is good talent in Laois and good young talent, it’s an opportunity this year now for some new guys to put their hands up, but it is also kind of frustrating when the players that we could have had haven’t made themselves available and it must be frustrating on Eddie as well, but all Eddie can do is work with the lads that commit to him and they seem to be committing really really strongly and working hard for him in training and they are working hard for him in the games”,
