Freebooters B manager Sean Doyle says it will be a free shot playing against Thomastown United A in Sunday’s KCLR McCalmont Cup Quarter-Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Sean says the Divisional Cup Semi-Final is their main target.
“Ah sure look, we know we are up against it but we have been playing quite well recently.
“We are up near the top of the first Division, but look it’s a free shot for us.
“Our big game is the Divisional Cup Semi-Final. It’s what we have targeted all year.
“There is no pressure on the kids. They are all young lads playing with us so there is no pressure on them, and we will go down Sunday and give Thomastown a game,” he said.
