Listen to KCLR's All-Ireland winning songs since 2006.

Whatever happens on Sunday in Croke Park against Galway, we can be certain that under Brian Cody’s tenure, we’ve already had some unforgettable days in Dublin in the quest to bring Liam McCarthy back to the Noreside.

Whether you’re sitting at home or looking for highlights and talking points for the bus, train or car tomorrow on the road to Croker, here’s a few of the All-Ireland songs we’ve released in the last few years complete with commentary from the KCLR sports team.

Maybe we’ll get to add one next week, maybe we won’t, but whatever happens on Sunday we’re behind Kilkenny every step of the day and wish Brian Cody, all the management, staff, players and supporters the very best of luck against Galway.

KCLR’s All Ireland Winning Song 2012: Kilkenny v Galway

There hadn’t been an All-Ireland final replay in decades until Kilkenny and Galway met in 2012.

Kilkenny demolished Tipperary in the semi-final to set up a final date with Galway on Sunday 9 September, Joe Canning and Henry Shefflin keeping the sides neck and neck, finishing out Galway 2-13, Kilkenny 0-19 under the watchful eye of Barry Kelly.

In the replay on 30 September, Canning and Shefflin lead the scoring again at 9 points apiece, but Kilkenny ramped things up in the second half to seal a 3-22 to 3-11 victory.

2012’s All-Ireland winning song was set to David Guetta’s Titanium.

KCLR’s All Ireland Winning Song 2014: Kilkenny v Tipperary

On Sunday 7 September 2014, Kilkenny and Tipperary played out one of the most thrilling All-Ireland finals in modern times, the game concluding at 3-22 to 1-28 setting up a return date on Saturday 27 September.

Kilkenny made sure of the victory at the second attempt, dispatching Tipperary by three points to win 2-17 to 2-14 and secure their 35th All-Ireland final win.

2014’s All-Ireland winning song was set to Pharell William’s ‘Happy’

Don’t forget that we’ll be live on All-Ireland Sunday 6 September 2015 from 2.30pm as Kilkenny prepare to do battle with Galway once more, throw-in at 3.30 in Croke Park, all with thanks to Countrystyle Foods.
