Carlow and Old Leighlin goalkeeper Nicole Hanley has been nominated for the ZuCar Golden Glove award.
The award is handed out to the goalkeeper with the best save of the intercounty season as voted for by the public.
Hanley’s superb save against Antrim in the All-Ireland semi-final defeat to the same opposition is one of five contenders for the prestigious award.
The star shot-stopper is up against four other goalkeepers who made incredible saves of their own.
Armagh’s Anna Carr, Laois goalkeeper Eimear Barry, Mayo woman Aisling Tarpey and Meath All-Ireland winner Monaca McGuirk are all in contention to win the Golden Glove.
