Graigue Ballycallan looking to internal set up in a bid to make a Leinster Final

Kilkenny and Carlow get Leinster Championship 2016 draws

Graigue-Ballycallan Hurling mentor Declan Browne says they can’t worry about what opposition teams are doing in matches and says they stick firmly to their game plan at all times.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Saturday’s Leinster Intermediate Club Championship Semi-Final against St. Mogues Fethard, Declan says they never panic even when teams are gaining the upper hand.

“We have a motto or a mantra that you just hang in there for as long as you can in games.

“Like what Tullogher did that day and what Tullaroan did against us we have no control over that and we hung in there and hung in there and once we got our bit of a purple patch and our bit of momentum going we were hard to stop as well.

“We are well able to hurl but obviously there’s a time when that is going to come against us when we mightn’t be able to hang in there.

“I am always a firm believer that you worry about your own side of things and lets see what happens and Fethard will be doing the same for us.

“You can’t worry too much about what you think might happen because that’s when you will get caught,” he said.
