Carlow’s Christy Ring Cup campaign for 2017 didn’t get off to the start they hoped.
In a repeat of the Division 2A league final, Carlow welcomed Antrim to our live game at Netwatch Cullen Park on Saturday afternoon, but after extra time it was the men from the north who picked up a single-point win, 3-20 to 2-22.
The result puts Carlow in the Round 2B pairings with a home tie against Mayo.
