Castlecomer Community School Senior Hurling Selector Pat Tynan says their is huge character and commitment from the group of players ahead of today’s(Saturday) All-Ireland Senior “B” Final against St. Raphaels College Loughrea.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of today’s (Saturday) Final, Pat says the final will be decided by who wants it more.
He said “I am delighted for the lads. We have had 33 training with us since October. 2003 was the last time we won the All-Ireland B, it’s a long time, we had been playing in A and we have been working and we have been competitive, but we have a bunch of guys to us this year that have been really committed, the attitude is good, and we couldn’t ask any more of them”.
“There’s huge character within the team, but do you know what it’s going to come down to Saturday, whoever want’s it more on Saturday, it won’t come down to skill, whoever want’s it more if the attitude is right, and our lads know that they have another huge performance to give now on Saturday”.
We have live commentary of the game here on KCLR with thanks to the Springhill Court Hotel in Kilkenny.
