Ballyhale Shamrocks selector Colm Bonnar says he is hoping that both themselves and Clara are searching for top form ahead of Sunday’s County Senior Semi-Final.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s clash, Colm says that both teams have been plagued by inconsistency throughout the year.
“They (Clara) have been kind of up and down in the League/Championship and we saw a bit of that too in the O’Byrne Cup Final in the first game that Gavin unfortunately broke his leg in. They were exceptional, they had us well beaten by 12 or 13 points and then a week later it was a different game altogether so I suppose it has been up and down in both terms of both teams performances and but we would be hoping to come Sunday at quarter to four that we would be hitting our top form.”
The meeting of Ballyhale Shamrocks and Clara at Nowlan Park on Sunday 16 October will be live on air on KCLR and online at kclr96fm.com and via the Irish Radioplayer App.
