The number of Irish winners at Cheltenham stands at 11 at the halfway stage.

Trainer Henry De Bromhead won yesterday’s feature, the Champion Chase, with ‘Put the Kettle On’.

Tiger Roll landed a fifth Cheltenham festival win on Wednesday.

The 11-year claimed the Glenfarclas Chase comfortably, finished 18 lengths clear of the favourite Easyland.

Keith Donoghue was aboard for the latest success.

Rachael Blackmore continued her impressive form with two more winners.

She won the opening race of the day – the Ballymore Novices Hurdle – with Bob Olinger for trainer Henry DeBromhead.

The Tipperary native also won the last race of the day onboard the Willie Mullins-trained Sir Gerhard in the Champion Bumper.

Mullins enjoyed success too in the Novices Chase when Monkfish claimed victory with Paul Townend.

Paul Hennessy saw Heaven Help Us deliver success in the Coral Cup, with the 33-1 shot performing superbly under jockey Richie Condon.

The other race of the day – the Grand Annual Challenge Cup – saw Sky Pirate come home in first.

Thursday

Henry De Bromhead saddles the exciting ‘Envoi Allen’ in today’s Marsh Novices’ Chase.

Today’s showpiece is the Stayers’ Hurdle at 3.05 pm.

Elsewhere on the card, Rachael Blackmore will hope for more Grade One success.

The Tipperary native rides the Willie Mullins trained ‘Allaho’ in the Ryanair Chase.

The going is good to soft for the first of seven races at 1.20.
