The Kilkenny Honda Centre Minor Roinn A and Roinn B finalists have been decided following Saturday’s eventful semi-finals.

The Roinn A semi-final between James Stephens and Erin’s Own was a close encounter throughout but a late goal from the town team followed by a plethora of points saw them run out 1-20 to 1-15 victors.

They will meet city rivals Dicksboro in the final after they got the better of Graigue Ballycallan by 3-17 to 2-15.

Elsewhere, St Martin’s let an extra-time lead slip against Rower-Inistioge to lose out by the smallest of margins in Dunmore with Rower-Inistioge winning by 3-14 to 2-16.

Thomastown await in the final after they comfortably defeated Glenmore by 2-15 to 1-05.

Those finals will take place next weekend with a date and time yet to be confirmed.
