Piltown’s Karen Duggan has won the KCLR & David Buggy Motors Sport Star award for November 2020.
Karen beat off competition from Kilkenny hurler Richie Hogan and Marble City Boxing Club in the public vote which has been running over the past week.
Karen has had a great season so far scoring in her club Peamount United’s final game of the season against Shelbourne to win their second consecutive Women’s National League title.
She’s also very busy this week preparing for the 2020 FAI Women’s Senior Cup Final on Saturday, December 12th in Tallaght Stadium.
Peamount United and Cork City will go head to head for the honours there with kick off at 3.15pm.
