Kilbride Intermediate Gaelic Football manager Mick Byrne says they are taking the approach to the Leinster Club Championship very seriously.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of their trip to Louth on Saturday, Mick says they are in it to win it.

“We have put in a good effort, we’re are not going to tell you any lies. We took a couple of days off after the win against Grange and back into the field then last Tuesday week and we after putting in a good few sessions in behind us there now and we are fairly well prepared for this game.

“Our approach would be like we are in it to win it now, we are not just going in to make up the numbers, we are after discussing this and we are all after deciding to put in 100% into it.

“We are in it now and we may as well just give this a good bash, that’s our twist on it,” he said.
