Kilkenny Golfer Mark Power feels he is ready to take the step up and compete for Ireland in next week’s European Amateur Team Championships in Sweden.
Speaking to KCLR, Mark says recent results have boosted confidence.
He said “I had a few good results in a few men’s tournaments and I suppose when the form started to pick up, I got into the Men’s Home International Team, the 11 man team, just kept tipping away and had a few good more results and I got picked from the 6 man team now for the Europeans now starting next week now so yeah, looking forward to it, it is a big step-up bit I am feel I am ready for it now”.
