Kilkenny & District League mentor Jim Cashin says the players are the reason why they have reached the Oscar Traynor Final against Carlow.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Final, Jim says each member of the squad has given it 100%.
“Myself and Jim(Nugent – joint manager) have been good friends a long time.
“We have been managing on and off nearly for a long time.
“When you get in there, all you want to do is get the boys to do the best they can.
“Work hard, do what they are asked to do and everyone of them to a man has done that and look, myself and Jim Nugent haven’t got this team to the final, the players have got this team to the final and it will be the players that will win it if we do win it,” he said.
