Kilkenny Minor Hurlers just missed out on a Leinster Final spot yesterday as they were defeated at Parnell Park by Dublin after extra time on a scoreline of 2-18 to 1-19.
Pat Hoban’s side were on top for most of the game, and looked on course to win the game in normal time before Dublin struck an important goal to bring the game to extra time.
From there Dublin got their second goal and although Kilkenny pulled back a goal of their own it wasnt to be as the Metropolitans prevailed to the decider against Wexford.
