Kilkenny Rugby Club Head Coach Packie Henebry says it will be important to get another victory at home to Ashbourne in the Division 1A Leinster League clash on Saturday to lift them off the bottom of the table.
Speaking to KCLR, Packie says they will be looking to build momentum after victory in their previous game.
“It’s not going very well at the moment actually, we had a couple of difficult gamesthe first couple of games we lost them and we just kind of lost our way a bit.
“Now we did have a good win in Dundalk last weekend which gave us four valuable points to bring us up a little bit.
“We are at home to Ashbourne next Saturday and they are just above us in the League as well.
“Hopefully we can get another win which maybe will bring us off the bottom before the Christmas break,” he said.
