KCLR are delighted to be partnered with David Buggy Motors for the 2017 Kilkenny Sport Star Awards.


The nominations for the October round of the 2017 David Buggy Motors Kilkenny Sport Star Awards have been announced and voting is now open, continuing until 6pm Monday 6 November.

Kevin Kelly

St. Patrick’s Ballyragget’s Kevin Kelly has been nominated for his role in helping deliver the 2017 Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling Championship for his club.

Colm Whelan

The Thomastown native is currently serving his time with Waterford United’s U17 setup and has scored in 15 consecutive games this season for the Blues.

Thomastown Camogie Team

Senior champions once more, the Thomastown camogie team are our final nominee for October.

Cast your vote below, you’ve got until 6pm, Monday 6 November with the winner announced on KCLR Breakfast the following morning.
