Kilkenny Minor Hurling Selector Adrian Finan says it was very rewarding their team play in training came to fruition after they came from behind at half-time to defeat Offaly in Saturday’s Leinster Semi-Final.
Speaking to KCLR after Saturday’s game, Adrian says a massive challenge lies ahead for next weekends Leinster Final against Dublin.
“We were obviously encouraging a big push on at the start of the 2nd half, and the lads did that.
“We are trying to encourage team play and doing all that work training and to see some of that come to fruition on the field is rewarding.
“A massive challenge next weekend lies await,” he said.
The game itself is at 3pm in O’Moore Park this Saturday and we will have coverage of the game here on KCLR.
