It was a successful weekend for the Kilkenny and Tullow women’s rugby teams in the Leinster League.
Kilkenny was in action in Division 5 where they hammered DLSP 32-03.
It was a hugely impressive win for the side with scores coming from Tina wright, Lieke Hoban, Lucy Harte, Eimear Kelly, and a brace for Ciara Coone, Jenny Kirwan also put in a huge performance.
Tullow was in action against Barnhall in Division One where they got the better of the side 28-15.
Clare O’Shea made her senior debut with the side.
Tullow is in action again this Sunday where they’re away to Port Dara Falcons at 1 pm.
