Player of the Match in Saturday’s All Ireland semi final clash between Kilkenny and Cork Anne Dalton says she is delighted to be in the final again irrespective of time, venue or opposition.

This will be Kilkenny’s fifth consecutive All-Ireland final after defeating Cork by 2-10 to 1-11 in Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Saturday afternoon.

Anne says it makes no difference to her when or where the game is on:

“A seven o’clock throw in, I’d nearly be in bed at that time myself, christ! (laughs), it doesn’t matter where they play it, it doesn’t matter what time they play it, if they played it out the back car park of Croke Park i’d still want to be in the All Ireland, that was the aim this year, we’re back in there, we’ll train away for the next few weeks” she said.
