Kevin Kehoe is quietly confident he can defeat Tommy Hyde of Mayfield in Friday nights 81KG Final in the National Senior Final at the National Stadium.
Speaking to KCLR, Kevin says was delighted with his Semi-Final performance and reckons that tomorrow’s bout will be an intriguing contest.
“The semi final was a tough enough fight, He (David Ttosoria) was very aggressive in the way he went about the fight.
“I held my composure and boxed comfortably throughout the three rounds and got the win.
Kevin added that his southpaw stance might stand to him and knows it’s something that can cause his opponent problems.
“It’s tricky enough now to fight against, I think Darren(O’Neill) displayed that down through the years.
“I think styles make fights, he’s unorthodox, I’m southpaw, I think it will be a great contest and I’m quietly confident I can pull it off,” he said.
