Former All-Ireland Senior Hurling medal winner Eddie Keher says that Kilkenny will benefit in the long run if the three respective clubs can win their Leinster Championships this weekend.
Dunnamaggin, Graigue-Ballycallan and Ballyhale Shamrocks all go in search of provincial honours this weekend, and speaking to KCLR, Eddie says Kilkenny benefited greatly when Rower-Inistioge won the Intermediate Club All-Ireland back in 2014…..
“And it will mean a lot to the County Team then”
“I found that Rower-Inistioge won the All-Ireland there a few years ago and I found that it brought the Club Team on”
“To be involved at that level, it brought them on a few more strides so it will do the same for the three teams involved and the County will benefit in the long run”
