Kilkenny College, a school with a long track record in rugby locally, had a big name visitor to their Castlecomer Road grounds today as Irish international and Lion Jamie Heaslip paid a visit.

Heaslip is a longtime ally and patron of The Umbrella Foundation (check the banner in the group photo above) and previously volunteered with the group in Nepal in June 2011.
The foundation has rescued over 380 orphaned, trafficked and vulnerable children in Nepal since 2005.
Heaslip also got to meet and spend some time with the school’s JCT squad. The JCT A side face St. Gerards in Bray on Wednesday at 2.30pm.
