Limerick under 21 Hurling Manager Pat Donnelly says that their tough route to Saturdays Final will stand to them.
Speaking ahead of Saturdays All Ireland Final with Kilkenny, Pat says that those games should give his side confidence to go on and win the game.
“We have said previously that if we perform to the potential that we have then we a great chance and it will take a good team to beat us.
“We have been tested in our previous matches and we have passed those tests.
“If we are good enough we are good enough and if not then that’s it.
“The lads were focused and kept their heads the last day (against Galway) when it mattered and got the scores and we pulled away in the finish and it’s all down to the work that is being done in the training field.
“When the pressure is on in the final it’s important to stay cool and hopefully we perform on the day.
“We won’t fear Kilkenny on the day but we will show them a lot of respect,” he concluded.
