Close neighbours Palatine and Tinryland faced off in Sunday’s Carlow SFC final at Netwatch Cullen Park.

Palatine were going in search of their first title since 2016, while you would have to go all the way back to 1981 for the last time Tinryland were kings of Carlow football.
