Kilkenny hurlers have three weeks to wait before heading for Croke Park for the Leinster Hurling Final.

The cats had a comfortable 1-25 to 0-16 win over Dublin on Saturday despite going in at half time only a point up.

Offaly and Galway play in the other semi-final next Sunday with Kilkenny playing the winners on the 3rd of July.

Speaking to KCLR after the game, Brian Cody says he was totally confident of his sides ability….

“I would always have a confidence, absolutely, there’s no doubt about that, because I know the way he players prepare and I know the quality in the panel as well, and I think that you know we were without some players tonight who could be available to us , but we have a strong panel we believe”

“There was a lot of good performances out there and you know its three weeks to a Leinster final and that’s what we’re look forward to”
