It was a jubilant Tommy Wogan who best summed up Carlow’s Championship run on Saturday.
He spoke about the scenes in Netwatch Cullen Park after the win over Leitrim which were fantastic as the players signed autographs for all their young fans which had flocked the pitch.
Tommy urged players to come in and play for Carlow next year regardless of how far they get next year.
