Carlow Senior Football Manager Turlough O’Brien is very much a man in demand this weather.
The big date with Dublin has brought a lot of media attention on Carlow which is a welcome sight.
We caught up with O’Brien at the teams press conference on Friday last and you can listen to our interview at the bottom of the page.
Rathvilly Senior Football Manager Victor Doyle says that Carlow won’t be found wanting for effort when they play Dublin in Saturday evening’s Leinster Championship clash.
Speaking to KCLR, Victor says that Carlow will go out looking to win the game.
“As Turlough says they have nothing to lose, like I know for a fact I was talking to a couple of the lads already that they have to go in looking to win it, the only way to go into a Championship clash is look to win it.
“They are going to go in and give it their all, it’s a pity it’s not in Carlow, unfortunate it’s not in Carlow but they will give their all.
“They won’t be wanting for effort and sure whatever happens, happens then.”
