Kilkenny make changes ahead of Tipperary game

Six changes have been made to the Kilkenny team to face Tipperary this Sunday.

Brian Cody’s side will be looking for their second win of the league having defeated Waterford last weekend.

Darren Brennan will start in goal with Conor Browne named at Wing back.

James Maher will partner Liam Blanchfield at midfield while up top Richie Leahy and Luke Scanlon will play in the inside forward line.

Meanwhile Former Kilkenny Senior Hurler John Power says that Sunday’s game should indicate where Kilkenny are in terms of their progression.

Speaking to KCLR, John says that the rivalry with Tipperary is as strong as ever and feels it will be an interesting game for the supporters.
