Its been a busy time for Talbot Fitness Carlow Manager Mark Delaney who has overseen some recent upgrades to the gym facilities located in the Talbot Hotel in Carlow.
On top of that Mark is plying his trade with the O’Hanrahans club who recently got their Carlow Intermediate Football Championship campaign off to a winning start against Ballon.
This weekend they face rivals Eire Og as both sides go in search of consecutive wins.
