Starting from “the bottom of the mountain again”, according to manager Brian Dowling, Kilkenny begin their 2023 inter-county camogie season on the road to Clare this Sunday.
It’s the first competitive fixture of the new year for both sides and with some new faces anticipated among the Kilkenny ranks, Cusack Park in Ennis provides the backdrop for a midday throw-in as the defending All-Ireland champions look to lay down a marker early in the year.
