Kilkenny Camogie v Kilkenny Hurling Legends

In what’s sure to be one of the sporting highlights of the year in the, reigning All-Ireland senior camogie champions Kilkenny will take on a team of Kilkenny hurling legends on Saturday afternoon.

The action unfolds at O’Loughlin Gaels GAA Club from 2pm on Saturday, the day serving as one of the last big fundraisers for the senior camogie team who have been shaking virtual and physical buckets, running training camps and more to raise funds to send the All-reland winners on an end-of-season holiday.

Join Martin Quilty, Áine Fahey and more for full commentary (below) and on air from 1.55pm on Saturday.

With Brian Cody and Angela Downey leading the camogie collective as Ann Downey and Rackard Cody take charge of the hurling legends, some of them only barely retired from inter-county or club duty, it’s sure to be a solid spectacle.
