On Sunday afternoon we’re off to Athy RFC for the 2017 Provincial Towns Cup Final between Tullow RFC and Skerries RFC of Dublin.
Tullow are into their third ever final, their first appearance in 2008 saw defeat to Navan while in 2012 it was Enniscorthy who got the better of the men from Black Gates.
Skerries, 11 times winners, are in their first final appearance since 2007, having last tasted victory in the competition in 1979.
