A number of local Athletes done very well at the National indoor events yesterday.
Among those succeessful were Sarah Buggy of St Abbans who won the triple jump.
Marcus Lawler of St Laurence O’Tooles came second in the mens 60 metres.
Eoin Everard of Kilkenny City Harriers was second in the mens 3000 metres.
Barry Pender of St Abbans was first in the High Jump.
While Matthew Keenan Callinan of St Laurence O’Tooles was first in the Pole Vault.
