Carrickshock hurler John Power has left the Kilkenny Senior panel.
Its understood the 25 year old informed Brian Cody of his decision in the past week having made the decision recently.
He has a busy year ahead with Carrickshock back in the Senior ranks of Kilkenny hurling after a big year winning the county, Leinster and All Ireland Intermediate titles.
Kilkenny will find out who’ll they’ll face in the All Ireland hurling qualifiers when the draw is made on Monay next.
