Former Republic of Ireland International Kilkennys Billy Walsh believes Manchester City have the Premier League won even at this stage.
The got the better of Man United on Sunday and there’s an investigation now into a bust up in the tunnel after the game.
Billy says City are by far the best team in the league and cant see that changing….
