Cork Senior Hurling manager John Meyler was happy with the composure they showed when trailing to Kilkenny in Saturday nights League opener.
Speaking to KCLR after the game, John says it was a great result having played for the first time in the new Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
“We showed resilience then to come back when Kilkenny went two or three points up and we came back then to go a point or two up.
“We showed composure, look it’s a win, it’s two points, that’s all it is.
“it’s a symbol of Cork hurling, that’s what Pairc Ui Chaoimh is.
“It’s a place where people want to go in the future and we have to give the supporters that level of customer experience,” he said.
