Mt. Leinster Rangers forward Denis Murphy says their is going to be a huge hunger within Naomh Eoin Myshall having not won the County Senior Final for so long.
Speaking to KCLR after Sunday’s County Semi-Final victory over St. Mullins, Denis says he is just delighted to be playing having been plagued with injury problems for so long.
“It’s a real big test for us again, we know there is a huge tradition in Myshall. We know they are going to be hugely hungry as well. They haven’t won it in a good few years now at this stage as well so it’s going to be one hell of a tussle to try and get over the line again.
“I am just delighted we have so many people breathing down the necks so to actually get in and start was a big thing there, but the quality coming off the line, I think in the end what made the difference, the quality coming off the bench made a big big difference and it really drove us on so I am just delighted to be there,” he said.
