Mullinavat Senior Football Manager Michael Aylward says that playing the Dublin Intermediate Champions Ballyboughal in tomorrow’s Leinster Intermediate Championship Quarter-Final in Thomastown is providing great enthusiasm for the squad in training.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of tomorrow’s match, Michael says tomorrow’s match offers the squad a great opportunity to play a team from the top football county.
He said “Look, they were this disappointed over the hurling, but they have come back into the football with great enthusiasm and great go for it (attitude) so a chance of playing the Dublin Champions is a great opportunity, Dublin football is on such a high, their is no bad team in Dublin no matter what grade it is so you would be hopeful of giving them a good game if not possible cause an upset over it”
There will be live updates on Mullinavat’s Leinster Senior Football Championship game tomorrow afternoon on Saturday Scoreline after 2pm.
