With the club championship around the corner, Carlow Camogie signed off on the adult league season last night with the senior and junior deciders at the Netwatch Training Centre in Fenagh.

Naomh Bríd (pictured above) are this year’s senior league champions in Carlow following defeat of St. Mullins. Last year’s beaten senior county finalists looked comfortable across the game and made the goals count, running out 2-10 to 0-08 winners, Anna Murphy hitting six of those eight for St. Mullins.

Burren Rangers have another title to add to the club’s roll of honour, seeing off Mount Leinster Rangers last evening 3-10 to 2-7 to claim junior honours. Looking comfortable at the break with a 2-06 to 1-01 at the break, Burren Rangers were outscored after the restart, Orla Deacon adding a late goal for the champions to seal a six-point win.
