The fixtures lists for the Very Camogie Leagues have been published with defending All-Ireland champions Kilkenny set to begin life on the road this year.

Brian Dowling’s side went unbeaten across all competitive fixtures in 2022 but missed out on a place in last year’s shortened league campaign on points scored by virtue of the drawn game away to Cork, a nail-biter early in the season.

In the senior ranks, Kilkenny will have three games at home this season including Galway, Tipperary and beaten All-Ireland finalists Cork. Some double-headers look possible on the fixtures front with Galway and Cork also set to send their intermediate teams to Kilkenny in Division 2B.

Carlow will begin life in Division 3 under new manager Peter ‘Chap’ Cleere, who retains his post as Clara club manager in Kilkenny for the 2023 season, with a road trip to Louth in early March.
