Brian Cody says the next few days will be all about recovering and been fresh for Saturday’s All-Ireland Qualifier.

Kilkenny are getting ready for their next qualifier game with Waterford this Saturday at 7pm.

Speaking to KCLR after Saturday’s victory over Limerick, Brian is just grateful to have qualified for the next round…..

“That’s fairly key now obviously. You would love to have everybody fit and available for next weekend”

“We will have to see obviously how everybody are and we will have to do a bit of recovery and that”

“Obviously, there will be nothing done in the training pitch for the next few nights except just getting back recovering and ensuring there is freshness and everything available for whoever we take on next weekend”

“The only thing that matters is that we are in the draw. Nobody else or nothing else comes into it at all and regardless of whatever draw comes into it, thanks be to god we are in it”
