Kilkenny Sport Star Awards Nominations

Just like October, November turned out to be a pretty quick month as we’re already into the start of December and Christmas only a few weeks away.

The Leinster championships are done and dusted, the club All-Ireland series awaits, boxing is back with a bang, soccer is heading for a short winter break and more besides.

All that said means there are plenty of options when it comes to making a nomination for the Kilkenny Sport Star Award for November. If the person you think should be recognised has been working behind the scenes and not on the field or track, then we want to hear from you too!

You can get your nominations in from 1pm Monday 5 December until 6pm Sunday 11 December and we’ll be announcing the winner come lunchtime on Monday 12 December.

Congratulations again to Kilkenny Rugby Club Women’s coach Mags Hennessy who was named the recipient of the October award. We’ll be catching up with all our award winners very soon!

The Kilkenny Sport Star Award is sponsored by David Buggy Motors, the home of KIA in Kilkenny.
