The nominees for the first-ever Camán Caint Junior Camogie Team of the Year in Kilkenny have been announced.
Mooncoin were crowned junior camogie champions with a defeat of southern neighbours Piltown on Saturday and lead the way with 10 nominations. Beaten finalists Piltown have eight nominations.
Other clubs contesting places are Bennettsbridge/John Lockes (4), Thomastown (4), Carrickshock (3) and Naomh Bríd (2).
Winners will be announced on the Camán Caint podcast for Tuesday 23 November with players due to be presented with individual All-Star jerseys, sponsored at junior grade by John Crowley Suirside Farm Potatoes.
