The nominees for the first-ever Camán Caint Senior Camogie Team of the Year in Kilkenny have been announced.
Dicksboro were crowned senior camogie champions for the second time in three years with a one-point defeat of southern rivals Piltown, both sides seeing ten nominations each for the 2021 Senior Team of the Year.
Other clubs contesting places are Thomastown (3), Clara (3), St. Brigid’s (2), Young Irelands, Conahy and Tullaroan (1 each).
Winners will be announced on the Camán Caint podcast for Tuesday 23 November with players due to be presented with individual All-Star jerseys, sponsored at senior grade by Roche Injury Clinic.
