Old Leighlin found themselves six points down to Bennekerry Tinryland at half time. They emerged a different team after the break and settled into the game securing vital scores to claw back the deficit. At the full time whistle the scoreline had settled in their favour and the match finished 3-18 to 3-09.
Meanwhile Mount Leinster Rangers took the Senior B title defeating St Fortcherns 3-10 to 0-12.
It was a close affair, the game was give and take over the hour but Mount Leinster Rangers got the all to crucial goals to seal their victory on a scoreline of 3-10 to 0-12.
