Kilkenny’s O’Loughlin Gaels, county intermediate champions, are out of this year’s Leinster club junior football championship.
The city club were in action in Freshford on Sunday morning against a free-scoring Clonbullogue.
O’Loughlin’s trailed 1-10 to 0-3 at the break and would only muster another three points in the second half with the Offaly side proving too strong across the day.
On a final score of 3-16 to 0-6, Clonbullogue will now face Kilcullen (who knocked out Carlow’s Grange) in this year’s Leinster junior final.
