After a heavy loss last weekend to Palatine, Rangers selector Pat Hickey will hope to have some of their missing players back in the squad;
“When you are down the calibre of players we were short, what do you do? We just did not have them, nine, and definitely missed eight starters. please god we will have them back”
“That is the joys of it. It is a long season. Most of them guys were with the county team after the club (hurling) championship against Ballyhale, then straight back to the county before the hurling championship.”
“They needed a break too, so we won’t throw in the towel yet.”
