Paulstown man Darren O Neill has bowed out of the European Championships in the Ukraine after defeated to a Ukraine opponent last night.
With that, Darren also hangs up his gloves for Ireland after 13 years.
The Kilkenny man was unhappy with how his fight was judged and said on his Facebook page that he feels his sport is embarrassingly corrupt.
Meanwhile Four Irish fighters are out for medals today with Joe Ward, Brendan Irvine , Kurt Walker and Sean McComb all in quarter final action.
