There could still be a formal trophy presentation if Liverpool secure the Premier League title.

Clubs are set to resume training in small groups today under phase 1 of the league’s Project Restart.

Strict medical protocols will remain in place and no contact will be allowed.

Liverpool need just two more wins – if and when the Premier League resumes – to seal a first title in 30-years.

Meanwhile, Premier League medical practitioners have revealed they feel “under pressure to conform”.

Almost half of those surveyed don’t feel they’ve been adequately consulted about a return to play.
